“I have been a member with OTG for a year and half now and my experience has been really great. I injured myself at one point and Courtney was very helpful in giving me alternative workouts, so I could continue to work out. This was very convenient for me given I am used to working out 4-5 days a week.
Since I have joined I have been eating much healthier and have dropped over 15lbs. They assist you, encourage you, and push you hard during your workouts. Their knowledge in form is superb, which is important not to injure yourself.
Oh and everyone who attends OTG is super friendly, so you will feel right at home when taking classes.
