OTG Bootcamp uses 30 minute workouts effectively to challenge our members to be the best they can be. Our workouts are different every day and you will probably never repeat the exact same workout.

WORKOUTS CONSIST OF:

  • Kettlebell exercise
  • Body-weight exercise
  • Plyometric exercises
  • TRX Suspension Training

 

Most of us dislike going to the gym because we get stuck doing the same exercise routine with set muscle groups on specific days and if you don’t go on that day, you feel like you need to do double the next day which is uneasy knowing you have to be at the gym that much longer. At OTG Boot Camp, our workouts are a full body workout so you don’t have to worry about which muscle group you’ll be working on any specific day. All you need to do is sign up for class and show up, we’ll do the rest!

Don’t let the excuse of “I Don’t Have Time” stop you from going to the gym. If you are serious about getting into shape, then you need to schedule yourself time for the gym. OTG Boot Camp offers 30 minute workouts because we know you have a busy life and it should consist of a kettlebell gym membership which will effectively use your time.
